Skincare: Kora Organics Review

6 weeks ago I've finally decided to purchase Miranda Kerr's organic skincare range "Kora Organics"
What I bought include: Cream cleanser 90ml, Exfoliating Cream 100ml, Balancing Rose Mist 50ml, Recovery Eye Gel Cream 10ml, Luxurious Rosehip Oil 15ml, Hydrating Day and Night Cream 50ml, Vitamin Enhanced Lip Balm 6.5ml (not pictured above).

After weeks of using this range, here are my reviews:

Cream Cleanser:  It is gentle and cleans well without drying my skin and leaving my face feeling hydrated. It smells great and you only need a little amount to cover your entire face.
Exfoliating Cream: This is a gentle exfoliant which can be used for people with sensitive skin. I use it every 2nd night and afterwards it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. Most exfoliators can leave your skin feeling very dry, however this contains essential oils to nourish your skin. Definitely one of my top 5 exfoliators.
Balancing Rose Mist: I love the earthy rose smell and probably one of my favourite mists of all time. It is very useful in many ways.. In the morning I use it to set my make up, as a toner or as an extra boost before my moisturiser and spritz a few times throughout the day to keep my face refreshed and hydrated. A must have for summer!
Recovery Eye Gel Cream: This is probably my fav. It absorbs really well and I used it religiously every morning and night and I have seen a huge improvement. The dark circles under my eye are lighter now and the puffiness has reduced.
Luxurious Rosehip Oil: Contains rich source of essential fatty acids and antioxidants which are vital for regenerating skin cells, and repairing skin tissue. It doesn't seem to absorb too well so I only use it twice a week with my night routine. The next morning my skin feels soft and looks healthier.
Hydrating Day and Night Cream: as the name implies, it is a hydrating cream which can be used in the morning and night. It goes on matte and it absorbs into my skin really well and keeps my face hydrated during the day and throughout the night.
Vitamin Enhance Lip Balm: I regret purchasing this. It was $24.95 and it's definitely not worth the money. It is very messy using my fingers to apply the lip balm and it doesn't keep my lips hydrated for very long, had to reapply a few times within an hour.

Pros: certified organic, at least 99% of its ingredients are from natural origins and high percentage from organic farming. According to their website none of their ingrdients include Sulfates, Parabens, Synthetic fragrance, Synthetic colours, T.E.A., D.E.A., Glycols, Silicones, PEGS. Ethoxylate and Formaldehyde.

Cons: expensive, packaging needs a redesign - eg. one pump of the Receover Eye Gel can be used at least 2-3 times.

Overall I love this skincare range. It is expensive for its size but it is reasonable considering the ingredients used are of good quality.

  1. I agree that this line is expensive but knowing that the ingredients are all of high quality and vegan + certified (contains little water), you get what you pay for.

I adore their body range more, the skin care is not for me but the scent is so divine!

Check it out, I have just reviewed their hand and foot cream I absolutely love them.
